Production Quality

• Birds raised on a corn, wheat and soybean-based diet; no growth hormones or steroids.
• Halal slaughter available: individual hand slaughter by Muslim slaughtermen, Qibla direction, full bleed-out, under the producing plant’s Halal certification.
• Federal inspection: production in SIF-inspected Brazilian plants.
• Cold chain: frozen and held at −18°C; shelf life 12–18 months from production date.

Documents

We do not hold certificates in our own name — and we will never tell you otherwise. All certificates and export documents are issued by the producing company (JBS) and are provided with your shipment, or in advance on request, so your compliance team can verify everything before you commit: sanitary/health certificates, Halal certificates, certificate of origin, packing lists and bills of lading.
